Service Plans Do Not Include:
Heat exchangers or flushing out of the same, environmental controls, zone dampers or controls for special equipment unique to the installation. Humidifiers, tubing, air cleaners, condensate pumps or any equipment attached to the unit, filters, fuses, breakers, U.V lights, compressors, filter driers, refrigerant or programmable thermostats. Seasonal start up, venting, chimneys, parts that are no longer available, damage due to abuse, power surges, power outages or natural disasters. An EN Blue technician must inspect and verify that unit qualifies for a service plan.
Service Charges Will Apply If:
Plugged / Dirty filter, breakers/switches/or fuses, thermostats not set properly, plugged/frozen venting, damage due to abuse, Power surges, natural disaster or parts already diagnosed faulty. Service Charges will apply if we are called for service and nothing is wrong with the unit.

- Gas Boiler (Renewal) $ 350.00 +HST Non Renewal, call for details
- Direct Current, Variable Speed Motor Furnaces $ 220.00 +HST
