Air Conditioner Service Agreement
Service Plan Includes:
- Annual cleaning of unit
- Parts and Labour for 1 year from date of issue.

- Condenser Fan Motor
- Condenser Fan Motor Control
- Fan Center
- Metering Device
- Line Set Connections Only
- Fan Blades
- Solenoid Valves
- Capacitors
- Condenser Contactor
- Furnace Low Voltage Fuse
- Wiring within Condensing Unit
- Low Ambient Temperature Control
- Service Valves
- Standard Heat/Cool Thermostat
Service Plans Do Not Include:
Heat Exchangers or flushing out of the same, Environmental controls, zone dampers or controls for special equipment unique to the installation, Humidifiers, tubing, Air cleaners, condensate pumps or any equipment attached to the unit, filters,fuses, breakers, UV lights, compressors, filter driers, refrigerant or programmable thermostats. Seasonal start-up, venting, chimneys, parts that are no longer available, damage due to abuse, power surges, power outages, or natural disasters. An EN Blue technician must inspect and verify that unit qualifies for a service plan.
In order to perform A/C service, it must be 18 degrees celcius or higher.
Service Charges Will Apply If:
Service call is due to: Filter, breaker, switches, fuses, humidifier, tubing, air cleaner, condensate pumps, or any equipment attached to unit, thermostats not set properly, venting, chimney, damage due to abuse, power surges, power outages, natural disasters, or parts already diagnosed as faulty. Service Charges will apply if we are called for service and nothing is wrong with the unit.
